Questions about the GNU General Public License, version 2?

Let's say I create a template for ThemeForest and use additional third party plugins that are perpetuated under the GNU General Public License, version 2 - isn't this a violation of the license? Since the template will still be sold.
I will not change the code of the plugin itself, only the CSS settings.
