Am I understanding the AdminLTE license correctly?

I plan to use the AdminLTE admin panel on the site.

The license says:
Include the license notice in all copies of the work.
Include the copyright notice in all copies of the work. This applies to everything except the notice in the footer of the HTML example pages.

Unpacked the library into the /admin-lte/ folder. Along with all the files there is a license file. Do I understand correctly that this is enough to comply with the conditions and in the footer of the admin panel the copyright icon and the link to their website can be omitted?
