How do I upgrade and activate an existing version of Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC to Windows 10 Enterprise E3?

There are 100 sh. computers installed Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC
Bought a Windows 10 E3 subscription.
Now you need to activate them. But in what way if a subscription is put on Windows 10 Pro ??

PS on OEM Pro computers.
