Who uses hetzner.cloud for the web server?

I put it on hetzner.cloud
, ispmanager and 4 dle sites are spinning on such a tariff ... easy. The server hangs.
Is there anyone using a web server? what are your impressions?

Cheap, affordable, ok.
The server freezes - this is not a diagnosis. Get familiar with the sites.

Look at the load on the CPU, RAM, disk ... what is shown there? Maybe you have very heavy sites, or a bunch of database queries...

I use a slightly more expensive tariff, but about a hundred sites on vps everything works fine, you need to look at disks \ processor \ RAM. Something is either not used or very heavily used (if the configuration issue for the server software is not used, if it is heavily used for sites)
