Does the power of the processors differ on the hetzner VPS?

Hetzner offers VPSs VQ7… VQ19. The volumes of RAM, disk, traffic are proportionally higher on more expensive ones. Interested - is the processor more powerful? Is it worth it to upgrade if the bottleneck is in the processor, or you just get additional unnecessary gigabytes of RAM for extra money. The site indicates that in all tariffs the percentage is Single Core, but the frequency is not indicated.

For comparison, now there is the cheapest VQ7, there /proc/cpuinfo:
vendor_id: GenuineIntel
cpu family: 6
model: 2
model name: QEMU Virtual CPU version 0.12.3
stepping: 3
cpu MHz: 3411.484
cache size: 4096 KB

dmesg| grep MIPS:
[ 0.020000] Total of 1 processors activated (6822.96 BogoMIPS).

If someone has VQ12 or VQ19 there, write what parameters you have.

@BuriK666

you need to measure not cpu MHZ, but bogomips!

@edogs

A whole set of VQ12: frequency from 2800 to 3074.
