Which video card to choose for games on ultra settings at 60+ fps?

Hello! I was about to upgrade my computer. I spied a decent monitor at 144Hz, and wanted to buy a video card for it. The budget for the video card remained 15-20k, approximately. Or not much more expensive. I only play in Full HD. Tell me, what is the best video card to buy so that it gives out 60-144fps at ultra graphics settings in the latest (and possibly next games)? And where will it be possible to purchase, so much so that without cheating?

For ~$300 you can take the GXT 1660. It will pull on almost everything from the game to ultra or almost ultra. But then cyberpunk will come out, and the rest of the AAA games with new bells and whistles.

I have RX 580 8 Gb. Approximately fits in your price range. Tests can be viewed on YouTube. But it will not give out 60-144 FPS in modern games. It can hit 60 FPS in games like No Mans Sky. But at the same time, it heats up to 80 degrees, so you need a gaming case with a bunch of powerful fans for blowing in and out.
