Good afternoon. Recently I decided to move from desktop development to the web. I decided to start with html / css and in particular with the book Learning html, xhtml and css by O'Reilly. After reading it, I had thoughts that everything seems to be clear, but something is missing. So, for example, when I try to make up some page for myself, I often have to guess how to do it. This is especially true for properties such as display and position (sometimes I just sort through different combinations until I finally achieve the desired result). In this regard, the question arose, can someone tell me literature or a source where I can reinforce my knowledge. Perhaps some book where the intricacies of using CSS are written. You only have two memory slots. If you then want to expand your 2x4GB of RAM, then you will have to refuse one of the bars, or even both. I would take one bar of 8 GB, while there will be no dual channel, but I don’t think that with such a budget it is very important.
Be sure to add at least a 120GB M.2 SSD.

I agree, just practice. Over time, you already begin to "feel" the flow of elements and write styles automatically. This is about positioning and layout.
