Which set of filters for Photoshop makes wrinkled paper?

Which set of filters had the crumpled paper effect?
Like from memory in Eye Candy 3.0
Who has filters now, look, plz, where exactly? And then something will not google.

Why a filter? You take a photo of crumpled paper (your own or from the Internet), throw it over the layer that needs to be "crumpled", make crumpled paper b/w and change its blending mode, it seems, to hard light and, if necessary, lower the transparency, adjust with a brush / eraser.
