Is the iMac 20 worth picking up for Photoshop?

I want to take a couple of iMac 20s with 4 RAM for the office. It will be mainly used for design and programming. I think he will pull PhpStorm and SublimeText, but I'm not sure about Photoshop of our generation.
Are there any Phtotshop top 20 owners here? How does he show himself in this direction?

Such a basin for designers and programmers is about nothing. The only good thing about it is the Apple logo. You can take a picture of the office and show off on Instagram. However, those who understand will still laugh.
I have a MacBook Pro 15 "with an i7 2.5Ghz processor, 16 GB of memory, built-in + discrete video - that's it. Both designers and developers have a lot of things open at the same time. Designers have photoshop, sketch, browser, muzlo, documents some, a bunch of auxiliary applications - at least for programmers - PhpStrom or Atom (which eats even more, because Electron), a browser with a million tabs, muzlo, docks, console, git client, database client, etc. And I haven't mentioned Skype, Slack (which eat well) and dozens of menu apps. 4 gigabytes of RAM is a pain. Such a huge pain. Every single day. People will start to hate you.
Update: about the developers, I also forgot to mention the virtual machine ( Vagrant) or another solution for a web server... This is immediately minus 1Gb of RAM.

8GB is not enough

For a familiar photographer imac 20, photoshop + Lightroom, it works stably, but don't expect terrible speed. It's a dubious decision to take an old man now, better buy a fresh (16GB of RAM) macMini + a good monitor.

Do not listen to you presumptuous "new generation". It happens to everyone. We have a PowerMac G4. 256 Mb. OS - MacOS 10.4 (Tiger), Photoshop CS (first CS), Illustrator CS. Flies. The designer loves it. I chose "old man" myself. The Internet slows down more than Photoshop, but it says cool.

64 GB is not enough RAM (ps. Are you doing processing in 8k resolution there?)
