How does Photoshop work on Ubuntu?

I installed the Ubuntu distribution kit of the second OS on the laptop, next to Windows 8.1. The Photoshop in Ubuntu article on Habré talks about installing PS on VirtualBox.
My laptop is Acer Aspire V3-571G, Core i5-3230M CPU 2.6GHz, 6GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics 4000, NVidia GeForce GT 730M.
I want to smoothly switch to Ubuntu, because. servers work on Linux and working with the console is more convenient there, writing some kind of back-end part is probably more convenient.
Will photoshop work as stable as it does now on Windows?

While I am only learning layout, I will continue to use Windows, tk. designers often use the latest versions of Photoshop. As long as there is no strong need to use Linux, I will not waste time on configuring Ubuntu so that PS works stably, both on "native" and familiar Win.
In the future I hope to make money on Mac, for Mac OS applications from Adobe seem to work even better than on Windows.

If the file volumes are not large, you can work more or less under a virtual machine. You can even run CC with Wine Phootoshop, but you need a lot of experience in Linux for this. there will be a lot of errors and until you solve them it will not start and still it lags terribly with large files.
