Depends on the tasks assigned to iron.
In Raspberry, usb power management is well done: when a too resource-intensive device > 500mAh is connected, it does not affect the performance of the board in any way (we receive a message from the OS in dmesg, but we continue to work), and in Banana, the entire board turned off due to overload. Video accelerator support is also better implemented in Rasberry.
In Banana - I liked the network card (not tied to usb) and the presence of sata.
Therefore, I use Banana as a server that writes backups to external drives (rsync), and raspberry as thin clients (but with native sip-softphone).
Describe the task, then I can suggest more.
What do you understand by stability?
It is worth defining this term and on its basis already evaluate these two projects.
Rasperry. The larger the audience, the more bugs will be found - the greater the stability. I don't have practical experience.
