Which service to use to create troubleshooting algorithms like in google.support?

Support.google has great troubleshooting instructions where you need to check the suggested options along the way (see screenshot). The page provides options for the next action based on the responses the user selects. Very comfortably.
By the nature of my activity, such a tool for technical support is suitable. But I didn't find anything similar in existing services like Omnidesk.
Tell me, with the help of which service you can create such algorithms (scripts)?
