Which helpdesk system to choose for a small company?
We are looking for a simple helpdesk system, necessarily in the cloud, because there is no way to put it on the server.
Wishes:
The ability to set up an automatic response when accepting applications. Those. the client wrote - he immediately received a message that the application was in progress.
Adequate price. We have 5 people in our support team, and most of the helpdesk services we've already looked at offer expensive rates from just 5 users.
In Russian (not mandatory, but highly desirable)
I ask you not to offer any foreign harvesters such as zendesk, freshdesk, etc., because. they are overloaded with unnecessary functionality.

You can really try Planfix, why not. Or something from this , it is especially worth taking a closer look at Omnidesk (for sure) and Okdesk. Also Usedesk. The rest - well, suddenly come in handy for the breadth of choice :)
