Which HelpDesk CRM to choose?

Please advise HelpDesk for the requirements:

  • Unlimited number of clients (and not like in Jira to pay for each).
  • Multilingual interface (English + Russian)
  • Possibility of establishing a Wiki
  • Possibility of establishing a FAQ
  • Support levels (at least 3)
  • Passing a ticket by tier
  • Client's personal account with ticket history
  • Multiple projects in one system
  • An imbicile client should be able to make a request

You can pay, preferably with installation on your hosting. Redmine not to offer.
