Which helpdesk open source would you recommend based on my TOR?

Welcome all!
It is necessary to raise a server to receive applications and distribute them among employees in automatic modes (by tags or templates, etc.). After going to Google, I realized that maybe helpdesk would suit me, but looking at the demos I didn’t find a suitable one, so I’m turning to more experienced ones.
TK:
1. Web-muzzle;
2. Ability to create an application template with editable fields to fill;
3. Hierarchical structure of users (i.e., for example, an administrator is created who only sees certain users);
4. Ability to customize the fields in the user profile;
5. Uploading the finished (filled) application to Excel;
6. Ability to install on a Linux server (Debian 10).

This is probably the most basic, the rest seems to be in most of these helpdes already. Thank you very much for the help!

Free or for cash?
Free:
OTRS
Redmine
Mantis
Bugzilla
For money
JIRA
ManageEngine
JIRA is the best product I've seen, but the price doesn't just bite - it's as feisty as a mad dog if you need more than 10 users

All of these tasks can be solved by free GLPI. And she will help you in inventorying equipment and maintaining technical documentation.

I recommend to study:
zammad.org - IMHO, the most efficient, but the main disadvantage is that there is no mobile version out of the box.
trudesk - from the minuses, I remember that notifications about a new ticket come to all agents at once, this could not be removed
helpy.io
