The IP address is local.
You need a high-quality proxy so that the IP is American. All user requests should be silently redirected to our IP and processed by the server located here. PS and users should see the American IP.

in general, Cloudflare is enough to hide the address and work transparently;
if you want your own proxy, then only a self-made one on your VPS
