How to make a proxy for FTP?
FTP does not work on the network, but there is a VPS on Debian 7. I tried to install frox, ftp.proxy, tlswrap - they do not take off.
What other options are there?

If you go to ftp through a browser, then you need not an FTP proxy, but an HTTP proxy with support for FTP over HTTP (if you register a proxy in the browser settings), or you need to use an ftp proxy with support for transferring the destination server through login (then you do not need to register a proxy in the browser settings) necessary).
3proxy supports both modes, FTP over HTTP in 'proxy' and FTP with server address passing via login in 'ftppr'.
