Guys, advise some smart cheap VPS / VDS or proxy (without MITM) to watch Russian TV - ORT, Vesti, STS, etc.
It takes a couple of hours a day.

Ihor.ru, vscale.io, simplecloud.ru - for vpn, proxy. Firstvds.ru has a cheap tariff for 100 rubles, but you can’t raise the vpn there, only a proxy.
