On a machine through a proxy, on a virtual machine directly (through a proxy without a proxy)

Gentlemen, the situation is as follows, at work access to the network is only through a proxy, with authorization. Visual Studio 2013RC stubbornly refuses to log in through a proxy, or rather it does it successfully in almost all its parts except for Sign In.
1. The essence of the issue is as follows, there is a working machine on which the proxy is configured
2. There is a VmWare virtual machine on which the studio is installed
Connecting to the virtual machine through the native proxy works, but the studio is not authorized, writes 407 Proxy Authentification Requied.

How to make a virtual machine connect to the network through a proxy without knowing about it, for some reason I did not find such settings in VmWare. Those. ideally, we set up a connection through a proxy in the var, enter the credentials, it remembers all this, and the Windows that is on the virtual machine do not know what a proxy is and sees all this as a normal Internet.

I will listen to any options for solving the problem, including installing another proxy on a working machine (if it is small and there are no 1 million settings and dancing with tambourines is not needed)

You will be helped by utilities designed for proxification and soxification of programs that do not know how to work with proxy servers on their own. I have used FreeCap and SocksCap in the past . Perhaps there are already more advanced analogues.
