Which registrar to choose for a domain in the .com zone?

You need a domain on .com, and registering in Russia is more expensive for yourself.
Which registrar would you recommend and why?

The choice of a domain registrar depends on the priority of the goals. My priorities, in descending order of importance:
namecheap.com (~14$) - enom resellers, although they are listed on the ICCAN page as accredited registrars
WhoisGuard 2.88$ (first year free)
com 10.87$, net 11.56$
+ Bitcoin payment
+ bulletproof
+ many settings
- reseller
- not very intelligible interface (at the time of research in the fall of 2013, now the site has changed)
- price
- risks of hitting bitcoin
name.com (~15$)
com 11$, net 11$
Whois Privacy 4$
+ clear pleasant interface
+ open team, possibly good technical support
- price
- in 2013 the owner changed (moniker.com bought them)
dynadot.com (~12$) - settled on it.
com $10, net $10
Domain Privacy $2
- complied with court order and split WikiLeaks
moniker.com (~$13) - how good is it that they have a 5 day trial domain provision service? But the reviews and reputation are good.
com 9.59$, net 8.59$
Whois Privacy 4$
+ a lot of settings
- scotters
- password only 16 letters/numbers, no symbols
- big office
enom.com
- price 13.95$
- couldn't register
- Whois Privacy didn't find
internetbs. net
some kind of our rutracker or something moved to it, like it is bulletproof. Didn't research in detail.
PS Godaddy.com - extremely undesirable, there are a lot of articles about it on Habré.
