How to implement dynamic IP binding to your own domain?

A small game server for friends runs on the home network.
Internet access through an ancient router DI-524, dynamic IP.
What is the easiest and free way to link it to the example.ru domain?
I was on Google, even on Habré there was a note on this topic.
Dyndns - stubbornly asks for a credit card, although it says free
noip offers only the no-ip.biz domain, and in the settings of my router you can only choose these:

Or, can I somehow expand this list?
Thank you.

As answered above, in the no-ip.com router - only the name of the service, then the domain name is indicated in the settings.
In addition, no-ip offers more after registration:001ca242b2c346c0b15e71c1122aebb7.png

I'm afraid you've come to the realization of the truth. you pay money for something, and then there is not enough functionality. and you again pay for something money. do not drink your brain and buy a real one from the provider.

For 90% of companies that provide the ability to keep a domain with a dynamic IP, updating the address occurs simply through an http request. If the router does not know how, set up a task on your home computer that runs every 10 minutes, write wget there with the correct URL.
Here is an example, completely free and with examples: www.sitelutions.com/help/dynamic_dns_clients

Well, what does only biz offer - in the router, it's not about .biz, but about the service provider.
