How to convert ip addresses to dns names?

Hello. There is a log of this format

Start End Sif SrcIPaddress SrcP DIf
DstIPaddress DstP P Fl Pkts Octets :04:30.928 2 cc.cc.cc.cc 28243 65535 dd.dd.dd.dd 67 17 0 1 341
0111.00:04:50.908 0111.00:04:50.908 2 ee.ee.ee.ee 6000 65535 ff.ff. ff.ff 2222 6 2 1 40

Please tell me software that can automate the translation of ip-addresses into the addresses of web pages that the user accessed.

@Gasoid

a request to bing.com
IP:bb.bb.bb.bb
will give out what sites are on this ip address,
and you can also do whois bb.bb.bb.bb
or just go to this ip in the browser

@yellowmew

the task in question is impossible in principle.
You can find out the site name by IP address only if:
1. only one site hangs on this IP address
2. a ptr record is registered in DNS
as an example, you can take the free forum hosting mirbb.net
nslookup happiness.mirbb.net

Addresses:  178.33.43.150
          178.33.43.178
          178.33.44.177
          178.33.115.32
          188.165.2.137
          94.23.73.212
          94.23.76.111
          94.23.150.222
          94.23.159.185
Aliases:  happiness.mirbb.net

A user typing happiness.mirbb.net can get to the site using any of these IP addresses.
if we try to find out the site by IP address (arbitrary from the list):
nslookup 94.23.150.222 If you
want to monitor visited web pages - monitor visited web pages. IP addresses will not help you here.
