Greetings. The situation is this:

1. I bought a site, you need to transfer its domain to yourself (to your hoster).
2. On both hostings of the BillManager panel.
3. On my side, I ordered a domain transfer service, for which I am offered to enter the necessary data on the second side.
4. So I can't find where to insert this data. I contacted those support (of the current domain hoster) - answers from the KVN section. Sorry for the offtopic, but they, in my opinion, are all smoky. In general, help from them is not to be expected.
Therefore, the question is, can anyone come across the transfer of domains and tell me what to do.
