Is Reg.am registrar reliable?

Found a registrar who has very cheap .am domains ($30). But there are no reviews for it. But the site looks decent, there is an ssl certificate and, it seems, even offices in Yerevan.
But the lack of reviews and the small number of backlinks confuses me.
Hence the question. Has anyone heard of reg.am? And what will happen to the domain if this office closes.

no matter where to buy, just save the code for transferring the domain
if the registrar or reseller of the registrar dies, then simply transfer it to another through the code

I looked at the site, this is a private person, most likely a reseller. too lazy to learn more
