Which photo manager to use for scheduling posts?

In this case, I'm not interested in the automatic social media post scheduler.
I want to reflect in my database of photos when and where they have already been posted. Ideally, this is some kind of event system, which can then be tracked on a calendar or at least filtered by dates. The tagging system does not cover this functionality.
What are the options?
