Why does Photoshop display and save the wrong color?

Hello. Please help me to deal with a relatively recent problem. AOC monitor, I've had it for five years already. Photoshop was installed on the computer and everything was in absolute order. About a year ago, Photoshop reinstalled and since then there have been problems. (spoiler: I tried to roll back to the previous version, it did not help).
Profile problem.

If closer to the point, please look at the screenshots. Photoshop (and the picture) has an sRGB profile. the image itself is RGB, 8 bit. A white circle (it's really white, it recognizes the color as #ffffff with an eyedropper), a brown inscription. But in Photoshop it is displayed with excessive yellowness.

At the same time, when saving this picture, it becomes blue.

The image format is png, but strange things are happening with jpg. But I decided not to burden the issue unnecessarily, let's consider at least one of this situation. I really need good advice. All I found in Google and Adobe support is "you have the wrong monitor" (yeah, and before that 4 years (!) There was a complete order with Photoshop) or "put sRGB" (it seems to be worth it).

Several different versions of fsh have been changed, to no avail. Before that, I never "played" with profiles. I first found out when everything suddenly broke.

I would be grateful for any hint.

Start - Settings - in the search box, type Color Management. Select your monitor from the dropdown list (if not selected by default). Most likely, a color profile is attached to the monitor that does not match the one in Photoshop. To be honest, I have never tried color correction, so I don’t know how best to reset the monitor profile or select Monitor color for RGB in the FS settings.
