Which NVIDIA GTX 970 to choose (from Asus "Black" or from EVGA)?

I want to take a new video card, the question arose - which of the gtx 970 is better to take, the question is for knowledgeable people, as well as for those who have used this video card for a long time.

They have different base frequencies and different boost frequencies. The highest clock speed was obtained on the EVGA GeForce GTX 970 FTW ACX 2.0.
Asus runs cooler and makes less noise. EVGA has more power consumption. According to tests in 3dMark, the asus is in last place, even lower than Palit`a. EVGA is always in first place in all tests (compared to asus), so I guess it's better to take EVGA. Its only mine is the increased power consumption in comparison with ASUS,
