Fangbook bios recovery?

maybe I erased the bios or flashed it with the left file, I don’t remember what kind of position in the bios was something clear
it’s not a return to the standard settings, but I didn’t seem to press the firmware at
all, the laptop now reboots all the time (blinks hdd strangely blinks not like it reads, but just 4 times 5 per second goes out and after a couple of seconds the computer restarts) the monitor does not turn on
, I tried to slip it on my own (I made a backup, it may be already damaged) from the AMIBOOT.ROM flash drive, I called the file, I
pressed ctrl + fn + pgUP shift + num 7 nothing
at all, this is msi redone by the Chinese
does anyone know how to reset the bios? only a programmer or maybe there are some other reasons
