Hardware compatibility?
Guys, tell me, maybe someone has encountered the problem of compatibility of iron, I myself am not at all strong in this.
Given:
1. Motherboard - ASUS LGA1155 P8Z77-V Z77 4xDDR3 3xPCI-Ex16(16+8+4) HDMI/DVI/DSub/DP 8ch 4xSATA3 4xSATA Raid 8xUSB3 WiFi ATX
2. Processor - Intel Core i7-3770 3.4GHz (TB up to 3.8GHz) 8Mb 2xDDR3-1333 HDGraphics4000 TDP-77w LGA1155 OEM
In the store where they undertook to assemble a computer on this basis, they say that when connected, these devices do not work with each other. We have already changed 4 motherboards with an LGA1155 socket, but it still does not work. The store denies that they say they did what they could, but they can’t put everything together. The money he paid was not small.
Please advise what could be the problem? What are these "collectors" doing wrong?
UPD
25 went to pick up components to tinker with the assembly together with a familiar system administrator. It turned out that the "collectors" bent five legs on the motherboard at the processor installation site. They replaced the mother with a similar new one, they themselves assembled the computer and it started up the first time. There is no limit to the curvature of some people!
Thank you all for your help!

Smells kind of like crap.
If you google you can see - goo.gl/acu0l
I think that either the collectors are muddying something or stupid somewhere :)
On the ASUS website, they are quite compatible , but there they also recommend updating the BIOS from 0801 to 0906.
1) Check that everything works separately
2) Update the BIOS of the motherboard
Thanks guys for all the help. I and a couple of familiar admins are at a loss from the statement of the "company / store" that the motherboard created specifically for this type of processor does not work with it !? Today I'll go to them myself with a specialist and try to update the BIOS. I'll post the results here.
The days of "compatibility" are long gone, when "this mother works better with this vidyukha." Now if something fits into the connector, then it will work. If it doesn't work, check it separately @ update the software.
