Which multi-boot USB flash drive is expandable by simply adding images to a folder?
I have used many multiboot flash drives for various purposes many times.
Either Hirenboot, then OvgorskyMoltiBoot, then ZverUSB, all this is good, excellent builds.
But I had an external case for a Zalman zm-VE300 laptop hard drive. The bottom line is that on this hard drive you could transfer images to the _ISO folder and this hard drive turned into a universal DVD-ROM. On the box's small screen, you could select the name of the ISO image, and the image was automatically connected to a virtual DVD-ROM. A great thing for a service engineer, and for me as an advanced user to whom relatives and friends throw off their junk so that I can install the OS on it.
.
But noticing that now USB memory costs 500 rubles for 32 gigabytes, I thought about starting to use flash drives and not a smart external hard drive (2.5`).
.
Is there a bootloader for a USB flash drive so that you can throw an ISO image into a folder there and this image would automatically appear in the menu on the monitor? So that you do NOT have to edit any configuration files in notepad, (stupidly tired). The bells and whistles for a menu adding a description for a menu item is overkill.
I just want to have a flash drive, and on occasion for one client I threw one image there, and tomorrow another image. so that you do not have to deal with notepad corrections.

Found!
Here it is https://ventoy.net/en/screenshot.html
Ventoy downloader.
We copy the image to the folder of the flash drive and this item immediately appears in the bootloader menu.
Cool!!!
The "problem" is old. Everyone is talking nonsense about a notebook or a file with images. Run the firmware and it will check all the images for you ... it will mount the one you need and even let you install the axis from it. Many Linux LiveSDs are designed this way.
Isn't it easier to use an android phone as crap to emulate a boot image?)

isostick.com It's really expensive. But it's worth it
And better than Zalman is iodd.kr/wordpress/product/iodd-2541 he regularly updates the firmware.
Well, let's say when booting from a USB flash drive, the menu will appear and the desired image will be mounted.
And when you restart the computer, when the download starts from the hard drive - what image will be on the flash drive?
That's right - some one that is recorded on a flash drive in the form of a file system.
Interested in this topic after reading.
I decided to try it and started with easy2boot.
It works great, you throw iso into folders and they load without any problems.
I used a 16GB flash drive, threw 5 working isos - they all work, some give out some kind of warnings when loading, but they work.
