Are there "switches" for peripheral devices?

Hello.
The problem is this - there are 2 computers, and one set of "mouse / keyboard (usb), monitor (hdmi)"
In principle, I can simply connect a second cable to the monitor.
But for USB, I would like such a device: a mouse and keyboard are connected to it, and it is connected to two computers, and with the help of a switch, I can connect the periphery to any of them. And if there was also HDMI, it would be absolutely great.
PS all kinds of Synergy and other mouse over network is not an option, because. computers are not on the same network.
