How to replace Alt+Tab and Ctrl+C with one button?

At work, you often need to perform the same operations on the keyboard, tell me if there are any programs for remapping on Windows without installation (a fundamental ban on the admin) to press fewer buttons :)
1. Alt + Tab (change the working program)
2. Ctrl + C , Ctrl+B
