Which monitor is best for coding and stock exchange?

There was such a situation that even more began to work with a computer. It takes 8-10 hours a day, which is a lot by my standards. Decided that it is worth thinking about the monitor.
I identified 2 main problems:

  1. Eyes began to get tired, even with rest and looking into the distance
  2. That about as much time, maybe less later, I will spend at work. What you need to take care of your eyes now.

I began to work fully on a laptop (huawei matebook 2020). I don't use the desktop at the moment. I enjoy complete silence. I connected my monitor (HP 22ES) and now my eyes seem to be fucking crazy from the difference in the picture. I don't know, but they got tired more.
Therefore, I highlighted 3 main points when choosing a monitor:
  1. The size. Need a 30+ inch monitor.
  2. Resolution 4k.
  3. And eye protection. Forgot what it's called. All manufacturers have their own

In short, I'm confused about all this. I can not come to the choice of a good monitor. budget 20-30k. It can be more expensive in principle, you can always reconsider spending, but I just don’t see the point in overpaying.
Buying such a monitor, I think that kill two birds with one stone. That there is only one text on the exchange, to put it bluntly, that in coding.

1. Reduce the brightness of the current monitor
2. Buy a good table lamp for the table, which will give a flicker-free (or above 100 hertz) light and equalize the brightness of the monitor with the environment.
3. Set yourself a comfortable font size.
4. Take a break from work, give rest to your eyes, because no, once again, NO monitor with super protection will help you save your eyes at 8-10 hours a day without following the regime.
All other indicators of the monitor - matrix type, diagonal, frequency - are not so critical for LCD monitors and are more for the comfort of working with information. For whom 2 x 24 is suitable, for whom 1x28 .. this is a matter of taste, habit and depending on what to work with.

To start with, go to an ophthalmologist to avoid possible visual impairment. As for the monitor, there are only three main points for constantly working:
1) The correct position of the monitor - the eyes should be at the level of the upper edge, modern manufacturers have completely scored at this point, it is decided by buying a stand that will allow you to lower the monitor to the desired height.
2) It must be flicker-free (flicker-free, etc.) at all brightness levels
3) The pixel size must be average, the BenQ BL3200PT went well for me (it was both smaller and larger, this one is ideal for me) *
Well, *VA matrix is probably more pleasant, if only because of the lack of glow (although in new IPS it seems to be less than before). You can also play around with font smoothing.
* With the change of dpi, as far as I know, everything is still not very good.
