How can I check for contact form 7 for those who leave a request in a row in the same place within the same session, or in different places and a pop-up pops up with a text alert text, for example “Thank you, no need to fill out several forms, we already received your contacts.”

Is this some kind of spam protection?
To do this, you can shove the gogolCaptcha into the form.
Contact Form 7 supports version 3 which doesn't show the "I'm not a robot" button
