How to connect monitor to laptop via HDMI?

Given:
Laptop on win7x64, HDMI + VGA outputs
2 monitors with DVI-D + HDMI + seems to be DisplayPort (it doesn't matter).
Resp. cables.
Fact: it's all ALREADY connected before and worked without problems with 2 monitors (on VGA it's a little soapy, but not noticeable for movies) with the built-in disabled.
The task is to reconnect as it was.
The problem is that the laptop does not want to detect a monik connected via HDMI (cable from DVI-D to HDMI) in Windows. When you turn on the laptop, it works with it - the boot process is duplicated on it, but after loading Windows, it suddenly loses the signal, and nothing can be output to it.

The option "to try the composite one anyway" is given - there is no sense. The same is true in the corporate panel.
When I connected it before, it didn’t work right away either, but I already forgot the order of dancing with a tambourine irrevocably.
There are no problems with VGA - it is detected and works, it's not even very noticeable whether there is soap or not. We need a second one.

All such questions "it was like this, but suddenly it became like that" are usually associated with the background installation of some not too well-tested Windows update. Accordingly, two answers are possible:
1. Roll back the system to the moment before installing this update - either using the restore point mechanism, or by deleting the latest updates (and testing after each one to find out which one is to blame).
2. If the case is in the incompatibility of the HDMI driver with one of the updates, then install a fresher driver - perhaps the new version has already tracked this trouble.
