Which module to use for calls with CRM vtiger?

Tell me which module is better to use for dialing from CRM vtiger CRM 6.5 itself?
According to the manual for integrating the Phone Calls module, there is no
Step 1: Go to CRM Settings -> Module Manager on their website.
Step 2: Click on Import Module.
Step 3: Click install under Phone Calls.

As I understand it, there is only a paid one in their shop. There you can find it by the word "Call".
