RetailCRM, Odoo or Zoho One for IM on Magento (need a convenient OMS, Integration with 1C, Nova Poshta, Instagram sales, telephony)?

1. IM has been on 1C-Bitrix for 3 years, which is very tired, we are switching to Magento. The boxed version of Bitrix24 received in addition a year ago disappointed even more.
   
2. Our roles: 2 IM consultants working with the same client base. Seller on Instagram. Storekeeper. Supervisor.

4. Maximize the efficiency and automation of processing Orders and Leads from different sources (IM on Magento, Instagram, marketplaces - Prom.ua, Rozetka, IP telephony functionality, SMS alerts, chat on the site, ). Without manual duplication of activities in any of the systems.
   
5. Centralized registration of delivery by Nova Poshta sales from all channels.
   
6. Two-way synchronization with 1C. We use 1C UNF, we would like to change, but we did not find a worthy replacement.
   
7. Maintenance of CRM, including the necessary modules and services, no more than $150-200 for 4-5 users per month.

9. Having tested RetailCRM a little, we get a preliminary impression that their implementation is close to our vision of the ideal. One entity for Sales (Leads and IM Orders), works with SKU variants, the mobile application supports Orders and products, convenient modern interface, good integration with i2crm, which allows you to conveniently sell on Instagram - you can add product links in Chat. There are also integrations with Nova Poshta, 1C, Binotel. The negative reviews on startpack.ru are embarrassing, and most of the positive ones are obviously fictitious./
   
10. In addition, foreign ERP Odoo, which is not alien to the Ukrainian market, recently caught my eye. There are even modules for Nova Poshta. But while it is confusing whether it can completely replace 1C UNF, their warehouse accounting and finance module looks too simplified, there is not even a fall into the documents from the reports. And of course, the possibilities and price of integration with the above services. The interface is outdated, and the reviews unexpectedly mention a long and very expensive finish to the required state.
    
11. It seems not bad in terms of the capabilities of Zoho One with a worthy Zoho Inventory module, but there are doubts about the possibility of a comprehensive solution to all requirements within a similar budget (if considered as an ERP for abandoning 1C accounting). With a rather high price of service, the absence of an inventory tool is surprising.

odoo is good but you need a full-time pythonist, outsourcing is expensive, for some reason even Indians in Odu are not enough

from here - take CRM for a programmer and the possibility of finishing,
I think RetailCRM will be better for you , Oda cost is not for a small shop

we introduce in Ukraine and not only Oda a lot. In fact, in every major implementation, it is necessary to do integration with 1C, because for post-scoop accounting this is the best product so far. Since the bookkeeping is crooked here, Odu cannot cope yet. everything else can be safely translated to Oda, because Bitrix and 1C are blood from the eyes :-)
We have implemented the module with NP. we can centralize all shipments by Nova Poshta from all offices and centralize both TTNki and repayments on accounts once a month and reconciliations on shipments.
The system works out of the box to a certain extent. which is very important, there are a lot of modules from third-party developers and functionality such as working with insta.
stock. the kit comes with a warehouse module, but it is for a simple warehouse. we wrote our own and large logisticians work on it.
and of course plus that you can finish. here it is ..... either take your soulmate / pythonist or turn to people like us. which is better and more efficient depends on the rate of change you need. sometimes it’s easier to fix something in the car yourself, and sometimes you need to go to the service station instead of stumbling.
we have a client with 5 soulmates and still they need our help for complex tasks.
