Practice has shown that no mail clients.
General mail like [email protected] falls into crm as a lead AND A RESPONSIBLE MANAGER IS AUTOMATICALLY APPOINTED. Further correspondence is conducted from his personalized mailbox such as [email protected] via IMAP or from a web-face at will (usually top salespeople are always in touch and access is required from several devices, therefore IMAP).
The risk of sabotage or theft of the base is immediately removed (if, of course, there are appropriate signed orders and agreements). Even if the base is gone, it is immediately clear through whom. It remains only to compare the client and the responsible manager.
Even pdd.yandex.ru will do.
The scheme was implemented by me in the sales department with an average check of 9 lyam / unit of goods.
