CRM+HelpDesk with workflow?

I shoveled Google up and down, tried a bunch of different suggestions, but did not find anything worthwhile. Everything is either too expensive, or there is no functionality, or monstrous.
There are only three requirements:
1. Acceptance of applications from users (HelpDesk function)
2. Customer base (CRM function)
3. Accounting for payments from subscribers (billing function) more below
In other words, there is a customer base who once a month pay for outsourcing services by invoice. I would like to be able to issue such invoices and control payment. Ideally, the system itself generates invoices on a specific date. If the payment date is overdue, then highlighting.
The application section is standard, as in any HD.
Well, reports.
Now I’m sawing my bike, because I didn’t find anything ready. Does anyone use something similar?
Tried okdesk - in principle, what you need. But the price tag for a lone outsourcer, IMHO, is high. 5k a month is a lot.
PySy: if there is also a mobile application, then it’s a bomb!
PySy2: integration with banks and other garbage is not important, but if it is, then this is a huge plus.

This is called - CRM with the function of automatic or service transactions, implying automatic billing. In this case, the Salesman CRM system will suit you.
