Found a solution. Admin panel -> Custom fields -> Add a group (I set the type Live Chat - Pre Chat) -> Add the required fields to it.
ATTENTION:
If at the time of loading the call button there is no active operator who has correctly configured calls (tab with a phone pipe in the Offline state), then the user is given a regular chat window in which there will be no added fields.
