How to replace the bundle MSProject+HelpDesk+Testmanager?
Good day!
We work in three different softwares: for receiving applications - helpdesk, self-written software in Lotus Notes. For testing - test manager, also self-written. To top it all off MS project for project management. The volumes began to strain, sometimes it is difficult to track which request a patch came out for.
Can you recommend something as a prefab to be able to accept applications, maintain projects and test (patch test reports)?

I don’t know how realistic it is, but for some teams, the Trello + Slack bundle is suitable.
The trick is that both services are online (no software is needed) and in some volumes both of them can be used for free. At the same time, if there are doubts about the seriousness, read the list of used office services.
The options are effective, but I want to have exemplary offline services, available within the company, and not on the side. Something similar to deploy offline.
