Does the user have a helpdesk with a client?

The local network (170 PCs) needs a helpdesk so that the user has a simple software with a minimal interface.
Roughly speaking, 3 fields: from whom, subject and main text.
I would like:
1. Authorization of AD, or without it
2. Information about the PC is attached to the application
Optional:
1. Integration with mail
2. Attaching files to the application
