How to set up the helpdesk via SMS?
I want to create a system where users can text a helpdesk number, and support operators can reply to those sms without leaving the helpdesk interface.
As far as I understand, sending and receiving SMS can be provided by a smpp-gateway service like smsc.ru. Is there a helpdesk system that can send http requests containing comments from a ticket, and, accordingly, accept such messages and register them as tickets / comments?
As an option: what software can normally translate sms received from the same smsc into email?
