Application system (HelpDesk), which one to choose?

Good afternoon, I'm interested in the question, which helpdesk to choose (maybe there are some CMS or CMF)?
The functionality of a regular helpdesk + accepting paid applications.
What do you recommend to choose?

I answer in OTRS, everything suits. Very convenient standard responses and viewing queues. I work in it alone, the escalation of applications is not used. I only accept applications by mail.
I also worked in deskpro, it is harder to work in it, the same standard answer takes noticeably more time. Even if there are several agents, collisions of answers are possible. Functionality was also used to a minimum.
