The question arose of choosing a CRM System, from the functionality that is necessary, first of all, is to record the client’s data, fill in the order that he will announce, well, it is desirable to control the quality of the manager’s work, or something like that, if there is integration with the SIP service, it’s generally gorgeous (I don’t want Asterisk myself lift up).
In addition, it is not the budget that is very important, I would not want to give $ 1000 for a CRM system, preferably free (if any). I am also considering desktop options, I think the cloud is not necessary here (although it is desirable). That's all, I would like to discuss the main advantages and disadvantages of these systems (by the way, in my main business we use AMO CRM and Bitrix 24, the latter, by the way, was very disappointing)

The easiest way, of course, will be to implement all this on a framework, where there will be exactly what you need and you won’t have to pick out the unnecessary from the boxed CRM.
Of the described job requirements, a maximum of a month, a minimum of 2 weeks. Finding a programmer is not a problem now, especially if the Yii or Laravel framework.
And so, I have not yet met free CRM systems with just such functionality.
