What CRM/PMS or Order Management System to Use for a Small Hotel?

Friends, please tell me if you are familiar with a product that can solve the following tasks:
There is a small hotel, administrators work in shifts, I would very much like to be able to
- set repeating orders (2-3 times a day, once a month)
- have a duty schedule ( shifts)
- be able to link orders to a shift and to a specific user (suddenly there will be a substitution)
- it is desirable to be able to attach files to completed orders.
We are trying to use such things as Megaplan and Bitrix24, but the main problem is the lack of a shift schedule as an entity, maybe you have come across something more suitable for our tasks?
