Can I track card payments in my CRM?

Good afternoon. Advice is required, there is a CRM in our company (it and its features are not relevant to the issue.). Now we have received a demand to introduce banking operations for our clients, namely, transferring funds from the company's account to them, tracking the receipt of these funds, and preferably checking that the card belongs to the person for whom the client claims to be.
It is clear that all this is private information that the bank will not give away just like that.
The essence of the question: How to organize it at the initial level. Namely

  1. Are there any layers that can be put between our CRM and the bank, which will provide an API to solve current problems?
  2. What are the options for partial problem solving.

Of course, all operations will be carried out with the permission of the client (he writes to this application and signs the contract)
. Ideally, I see it this way: the Bank provides the API, we use it. But of course I understand that this simply cannot be. So I'm asking for advice on how to solve this. In advance, I thank everyone who responded.

transferring funds to them from the company's account, tracking the receipt of these funds, and preferably checking that the card belongs to the person for whom the client claims to be.

The first 2 questions are quite regular functionality of the bank-client. in fact the question comes down to file format and transport if you are going to automate the process.
on the third question, specify why you need to know this? Are you going to deduct money from his card?
