Why are there such requirements for the position of Junior HTML layout designer?

1. Why do many companies in their vacancies for the position of junior html indicate in the required skills knowledge of PHP (either basic or intermediate), MySQL, work with the database and the ability to draw in fsh and illustrator? After all, this does not apply to the tasks of a simple layout designer. Or am I misunderstanding something?
2. For the same position, people with freelance or office experience of a year are often required. Is it possible to call a person who has worked for more than a year in an office on commercial projects a june? And how, in this case, to get this experience? It’s understandable for freelancing, but my layout speed is not very high. In addition, I can rewrite the block several times until I like it (in terms of code).

Always pay attention to the latest version of the Chatbot API for VKontakte. For information about the latest updates, see the pages of this API in VK resources for developers. If the latest version does not support some of the commands for the bot, then some of the API methods are outdated and stopped supporting - the reason for the API error depending on the platform used (PHP or Node.js).
The info contains the principles of how to make methods and their values now so that no errors occur.

By the fact that two fabulously popular templating engines such as Blade and Twig are written in PHP. And PHP itself is an excellent templating engine, just download and put somewhere on disk (that is, it is not necessary to install) PHP, run the built-in server and use it in conjunction with gulp->browser-sync, you get an excellent bunch without any Apache'ey, for development - it is ideal. Also, the use of such bundles allows you not to write, for example, 8 times 1 and the same block, but simply put it in a loop and output 8 times. The result is less code, easier to work with.
MySQL, database work
By the fact that with the ability to work with MySQL - at least basic, as well as with the help of a dozen lines of PHP code, you can get data directly from the database and display it in the layout, working with real data, and not with "Lorem ipsums" ".

Projects are different, for example, in a medium-sized company where I currently work, I was assigned to those. director (because almost 20 years of experience and all that). If I went to work at Google, I would probably be a junior there... if I was anyone at all :D (conditionally, of course, but I think you understand what I mean). Another example, when I got a job at an international IT company, among the requirements for a senior there was such a list of knowledge that I was a little crazy, among other things, there was fluency in English and preferably some other (besides my native) language, knowledge of PHP excellent knowledge of a radically opposite language was added, for example, Java, C ++ or C #, excellent knowledge of Linux and networks, etc. On the other hand, a person working in the company "3 Development", in the position of "Senior", does not even have 10% of knowledge, voiced in another company for the same position (I also tried to get a job in this company). Those. Firms are different and requirements too.
Why there are so many requirements for a junior, to be honest, I can’t say for sure. Because juniors are usually recruited in order to "educate" a developer of the desired category. The epithets I have voiced above are rather answers to all other questions, except for the question "why is all this exactly a junu." But, perhaps this shows a person’s desire to develop as a whole, and not get hung up on one thing and “believing in miracles.” People who "learned to do one thing" usually do not last long in professional IT, tightly bogged down in the masses of their own kind, who also know how to do "one thing" and then run around freelancing and declining prices to such an extent, from the initial budget, which was already not large (for example, 5 thousand rubles), it sometimes turns into 200-300 rubles, just to snatch a piece of work. Can "
PS Why do they write in the requirements "the ability to draw in Photoshop" - I can’t even imagine approximately, tk. it is “drawing” that is 100% the task of a designer/artist, and this is 97% a task that has nothing to do with a layout designer, almost like the ability to plaster walls has nothing to do with layout at all, even indirectly.

Because they need both a Swiss and a reaper, and a player on the pipe. Preferably three hundred bucks, no more. You will simply shovel huge volumes of different shit code. And legacy.

I guess because almost nothing is done on pure HTML. Now the content of sites and, accordingly, the final html markup of the page is to some extent generated dynamically based on php (not to mention javascript, etc.) and the data that queries the database return.
