Which driver to choose on Windows 10 to work with a printer via IPP?

In order for the Canon LBP3200 printer to work in Windows 10 (64-bit), I installed Ubuntu Server in a virtual machine, threw a printer into it, configured CUPS (it works, prints text, pdf through lp). It was assumed that Windows would be able to use this same printer using the generic printer driver.
But which driver should you choose?
Windows prints with Generic/Text Only, but only text. Tried drivers: MS Publisher ImageSetter, MS Publisher Color Printer, Microsoft PS class driver, Generic Mono XPS Class Driver (A), Microsoft XPS Class Driver I don't remember which ones; there is an error on them (in the task status in the CUPS web admin): either

"[CAPTFILTER] Input File Error."

or

"Can't connect to CCPD: Connection refused"
