Temoprinter Citizen CT-S310II does not want to print from win to linux over the network?

I am connecting a cash register, which will supposedly work under ubuntu 12.04, by connecting to win2003 with 1C 7.7 via rdesktop.
Citizen CT-S310II was purchased as a receipt printer, because. under it there is a PDD file from the manufacturer. I bought it, checked it, the printer is visible in linux and prints fine.
Now I started to set up the workplace itself, problems began with printing over the network from win to linux. The printer is installed in win2003 as a network printer, but when you open the print queue, the header says "no access, failed to connect." When I try to print a test page, it says "An unknown error ocured. Please reboot the system. Error code 13.". Reboot, of course, does not help.
In the printer properties, it is possible to send an arbitrary file to it; when sending text files, they are printed.
I sent a question to the manufacturer, they answered me:
“Hello, thanks for contact Citizen Systems Support.
Please find LINUX driver and documentation at the following link.
www.citizen-systems.co.jp/english/support/download...
Please note that we are no network specialist but help as good as we can.”
That is, they didn’t help me with anything, because. I already have the driver for linux.
What are the solutions to this problem?
